operates the AI Avatar mobile application (the “Service”). This page
informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal
data when you use our Service and the choices you have associated with that
data. We use your data to provide and improve the Service. By using the
Service, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with
this policy. Unless otherwise defined in this Privacy Policy, terms used in
this Privacy Policy have the same meanings as in our term of use. We
collect several different types of information for various purposes to provide
and improve our Service to you.

and enforce our Terms of Service. Each face data in your picture or video will
not retained in our app or any other third
party partner.

activities and read the messages you have posted.

above with service providers and business partners to help us perform business
operations and improve our Services, including hosting and maintenance,
on-going development, analytics, customer care, marketing, advertising.
We share your personal data with these third parties
only where we have a legal basis as set out above or where such third parties
process data on our behalf based on a data processing agreement.

Transfers Of Data
Our Services are global by nature and your data can
therefore be transferred and processed in other countries other than the
country in which you are resident. Because different countries may have

adequate safeguards are in place to protect your data as explained in this

to the jurisdictions, which are considered by the European Commission to be offering

You can opt-out of personalized advertising on mobile
applications by checking the privacy settings of your Android or iOS device.

that opting out does not mean that you will stop seeing advertisements in our
Services, rather third-party advertising networks will show you contextual
advertisements not tailored to your interests. Please, be aware that such
actions may result in decrease of advertising quality and less enjoyable user
experience.
7. Security And Storage
We use reasonable measures to help protect information
from loss, theft, misuse and unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and
destruction. You should understand that no data storage system or transmission
of data over the Internet or any other public network can be guaranteed to be
100 percent secure. Please note that information collected by third parties may
not have the same security protections as information you submit to us, and we
are not responsible for protecting the security of such information.
8. Your Rights And Options
You may ask us to correct inaccurate personal data
about you and complete incomplete personal data. If we no longer need to retain
this data, you can also ask us to delete your personal data. You also have the
right to object to how we use or share your data and restrict how we use or
share your data.
You have the right to complain to a data protection
authority about our collection and use of your personal
information. For more information, please get in touch with your
local data protection authority. We will respond to all requests in accordance
with applicable laws. To protect your privacy, we may also take additional
steps to verify your identity before fulfilling your request, such as by
requesting you provide us a purchase receipt or other account information,
asking you to link your email address with your game account, or asking you to
answer questions regarding your activities on our Services. Once you have
verified your identity, you may also designate an authorized agent to exercise
your rights on your behalf by providing the agent’s contact
information to our customer support staff, as required by applicable law.

anonymize data that we previously collected about you and/or your device.
9. Changes
We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time.
When we do, we will revise the date at the top of the policy. If we make
changes that are material, we will use reasonable efforts to notify you (such
as by placing an in-game notice or a push-notification). We encourage you to
check this Privacy Policy regularly for updates, so that you know our current
practices.
